When I run, The sole of my foot feels tight, like im stretching a tendon. Why is this?

Does this mean i have flat feet? or am i stretching a tendon and damaging it? It usually disapears after another 2 minutes of jogging, but its just stings at first. It usually kicks in after 2 minutes of light-medium jogging.

You probably have plantar fascititis. You can get inserts for your shoes that will help heal it. You should also look for more supportive shoes.
