How do I do ‘Light as a feather, stiff as a board’?

What are you supposed to do? I tried it with my friends, but it didn’t work.

you need at least 4 ppl one person lies in the ground and the others get around him like 1 at the head one at the center of the body and one at the end. you all put ur pointer finger under them be real quiet close ur eyes and say light as a feather stiff as a board. (over and over) oh and the person lying down needs to cross there arms on there chest.
