Memory settings on ASUS A8V-X Motherboard?

Now this may be a stupid question! I have mastered most things on my PC but not memory! I have PC3200 (400mhz) installed in my A8V-X board. CPU-Z shows this as running at 200mhz (ie the FSB speed) not the 400mhz which I would expect. I haven’t been able to fathom the Northbridge BIOS settings so they are all set as DEFAULT.

Anyone help, please?

Enter BIOS at boot up – tap del repeatedly
when blue Bios screen opens select – Advanced Setup – press Enter.
CPU speed should show on left panel.

Use – up and down arrows to highlight the speed.
Then use Numeric Pad +/- keys to change value to desired/required speed (if function available)

Once selected press – F10 and when prompted click ‘Y’ to save and exit..reboot will then continue automatically with your new settings in place…
