Which internet is better Bellsouth (6 meg) or Charter (5 meg)?

I do not have any major or extreme activities or functions that require very high internet. But right now I have Charter and I am thinking of switching to Bellsouth (6 megs). The Bellsouth is $4 higher per month. I already have the modem. Thanks for any help. Thanks for any advice and/or help.

call charter and tell them you are switching and they should up grade you for the same price or less to keep you also you can get any speed you want for a price
