East Coast Yacht Brokers at 50° International Genoa Boatshow
Genoa Boat Show always activates the market and even the Second-hand sector lives the excitement generated from the interest created through the Nautics before and after the boat show. The sale proposals change, the prices change and demand and supply liven up more than in spring. As a matter of fact, usually for every new boat sold a second- hand boat lands on the market, frequently in good conditions and with few hours of motion.
East Coast Yacht Brokers stand, that was situated on the Dock H dedicated to the Superyachts, has been a genuine meeting point for Clients, nautic operators and friends who were sure to find the most up-to-date and interesting information.
Among the many second- hand crafts proposed from East Coast Yacht Brokers at Genoa Boat Show we bring attention to a Codecasa of 35 metres with 2009 refitting, classic and of great charm both in the external lines and in the precious boiserie of the interiors, elegant in every detail, perfectly kept and super accessorized.
For those, instead, who prefer more modest dimensions, always relating to elegant lines, modern and maximum comfort, there are various proposals, among which we point out two good business deals that are being sold from an international leasing society. The first one is a beautiful Sunseeker Predator 72 of the 2008, motorized with MAN 2 x 1550 hp of 1140 Kw each, with three cabins, four bathrooms and accommodation for the crew, complete of all the accessories; a successful boat with good negotiation margins.
The other Leasing proposal is an elegant Mochi Dolphin 51, recent (2008), with few hours of navigation, motorized MAN 2 x 900 hp; and even this suggestion, complete of everything, is very interesting in the relation between quality and price.
Therefore, if on one side the Show has been a good platform for the second- hand, on the other hand the success of the reservations for berths and residences of the Porto Arsenale La Maddalena there has to be registered. Considerable interest of visitors and operators, both Italian and foreign, with reservations both for the berths of medium dimensions and for the Super yachts. Because of this, among the many institutional and business-like events, the cocktail given on Wednesday 6th of October dedicated to Porto Arsenale La Maddalena gathered a remarkable success. The guests were important figures of the Nautic sector like Directors of the most important specialized magazines and prestigious nautic operators. The event has outlined the high interest and the brilliant results that have accompanied the opening of the reservations for the berths proposed by East Coast Yacht Brokers, and for the residences proposed by Santandrea of the Gabetti Group. The particular interest demonstrated by the national and foreign market for this Marina Resort is a confirm of the value of the project, including the authoritativeness and professionalism of the management and the great appeal of the location.
