Bunker Spoon

hi i have a question about bluefish bait?

for the fishing pier in my city staten island ,NY i like to fish for bluefish and the main bait i use is bunker but alot of people say mullet is alot better then bunker but my bait shop does not sell mullets so does anyone got a better bait that works better for bluefish and i dont wanna use diamond jigs,spoons,artificial baits,and kind of lure because i would liek to relax when im fishing but also in the mean time as i got my bunker lines out there i catch me some live snappers and i put them in a bucket of sea water and then i use them they work great but does anyone know something better?

Blues eat just about anything, as long as it’s fresh. Down here in De, I use mullet a lot but I have luck with mackerel.
